ALOL is a telecommunications provider that has its own backbone, the enterprise is directed mainly to corporate data-transmission. The company provides a great infrastructure for implementation, integration and management of networks.

Currently the company operates in several cities of Minas Gerais with a network of fiber optics and wireless technology, high speed and reliability in more than 120 points of presence.

Structure of the network:

Backbone: central, high-capacity, where all the traffic converges. Currently the core of the ALOL network is composed of 11 interconnected points of presence. Each POP has more than 400 Mbps, totaling more than 4.4 Gbps of bandwidth. The ALOL`s backbone is connected to the Internet through fiber optics connections via Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia, exchanging traffic with the main operators in the country.

Last-Mile: Responsible for the connection and exchange of traffic between the client and the Backbone. Part of the network responsible for providing the ALOL services within the customer premises. Using the best equipments on the market, based on wireless technology, ALOL ensures the connections up to 100 Mbps with the same upload and download rate (full duplex), with stability and low latency.

Routing: Responsible for directing network traffic. With this we can set, instantly, the best path between the client and some point on the Internet.

The whole network are monitored continuously 24x7 through the company Network Operations Center (NOC), in Belo Horizonte. The NOC prevent and solves any fails, ensuring stability and security. You can also perform speed upgrades instantly, with no change in the customer premises.
